Contax 645 First Roll

So I think it is important to always challenge yourself and learn new things no matter what it is your interested in. Any passion can turn dull without some fun, so I went out and got myself a fun new toy to play with. The Contax 645 medium format film camera. This camera is insanely popular right now and I know why, its just fun to shoot !

So I asked Willa (awesome model) to let me test my first roll on her and here is what I got. I honestly expected them to not turn out so great, being my first time and all. But I think they are pretty good 🙂

p.s. Didnt even have a light meter 🙂

I sent this roll to Indie Film Lab (will be testing out different labs)

We shot everything at David Rogers park in Queen Anne

Now I’m keeping my fingers crossed for the other 2 rolls I sent out to Richard Photo Lab, Joe and I attempted to do some self portraits with the self timer and a tripod  🙂 should be interesting.
