Engagement photos in the Pacific Northwest are the best because we get all four seasons ! We love to lean into the season and choose locations that highlight the time of year best. One of our favorite locations for spring engagement sessions is the famous washington park arboretum. Throughout different parts of spring they have different things blooming. The colors of the flowers and the way the light streams through the greenery in the afternoon makes the most stunning photos. We also love that there is space to wander and walk. The best thing you can do to remain natural and not awkward in photos is to stay in motion. Just simply walking helps so much to calm any nerves. We always scout out where we will shoot before you arrive to your session. So just follow us and bring the good vibes and we can create magic for you. Julia and Sassa were so much to photograph and they said yes to all of my requests (please lay down in this grass) and it paid off.
